Refund policy
We have a final sale policy, which means all sales are final.
To be eligible for a replacement of merchandise we MUST be notified within 2 business days of package delivery only IF an item(s) has a imperfection that was overlooked by our inspection team, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged due to shipping you must file a claim with UPS or USPS as we have no control over shipping damages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since all items are made to order all sales are final. The only exception is if there is a faulty item that was overlooked by our inspection team.
Refunds
We do not honor refunds UNLESS we are over on shipping/turn around times by more than 3 business days. Our standard turn around time is 10-14 business days, if we go over by 3 business days we will reach out via e-mail regarding refunds.
