TAT: All items offered in our group will be for pre-order and have a 10-14 business day turn around time. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays or weekends. Turn around times can be longer during busy seasons, especially Christmas.
You will receive tracking via EMAIL no later than the 14th business day. All shipments are shipped priority USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested/billed.
Once the items/package(s) leave our hands/warehouse they become property of USPS/UPS and we have no control over them.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not allowed.
If an item has any overlooked/missed imperfections upon arrival we must be notified within 2 business days of delivery in order to receive a refund or credit to your account or a replacement.
If a package arrives damaged you must file a claim with USPS/UPS.
RUSH: If you need to rush items there is a $50 rush fee per style run.
MINIMUMS: There is a 6 tee minimum per style.
